Valery is extremely reliable and knowledgeable in almost every every area of construction, whether it be curtain wall, window wall, track install, steel structures and soffits. Val has always maintained every schedule I have put in front of him, most times completing ahead of schedule. Val`s management of his team and materials has always impressed me, in 4 years he has not missed any deadlines or SI`s. Valeriy`s work is always in conformance with drawings and generally deficiency free. He is a pleasure to work with and someone you can count on to get job done.
Valeriy`s team is always accountable and very professional, they always work efficiently. This is one of the few teams I can honestly say hardly ever has down time and always has a secondary option of install if the first cannot be obtained. Like Valeriy most of his team is well trained in almost every area of our scope of work. Rain or shine this team is always present and on time for the task at hand.
I strongly recommend this team to anyone in our industry and cannot reiterate enough how important they have been to me over the last 4 years. As a boss I can honestly say they always make me look good and require very minimal management or assistance in completing there job.

I know Val for almost 10 years now. Worked with him when he was just doing his first steps in the trade. Working with him now, as he leads his crew at One Bloor project.
What matters, when you hire a team? Job to be done in time and on budget. Issues addressed, problems solved. Val is exactly that type of the guy.
His skills are a perfect fit for any kind of job. Be it residential, commercial or just a small custom thing.
Val would do it from the lay out point to the last bid of finish caulking.
He's reliable, accurate, professional.

I have been fortunate to work with Val on two projects. His attitude, professionalism, and knowledge ensure the job is done correctly, safely, and on time. Val and his crew are competent in all aspects of todays complex building envelopes whether it is curtain or window wall, steel structure, or aluminum work. Val works independently and solves problems keeping your job moving!

After working with Val and his "Command" at One Bloor for the past two years, I must so I have never come across a more skillful and competent crew in the city of Toronto.
Their knowledge and tactfulness of the building envelope are second to non. Their ability to adapt to any barriers in there way, sets a precedence that will have other crews only attempt to achieve.
This is the "Command" I would strive to attain for all future projects.
